Guardianship of Person
Guardianship of Person services focus on making critical personal and healthcare decisions for individuals who are unable to do so themselves. We ensure their well-being by managing medical care, living arrangements, and other personal needs, always advocating with compassion and integrity.
Guardian of Estate
Guardian of Estate services provide financial management and oversight for individuals unable to handle their own affairs. We manage assets, pay bills, and make financial decisions in the best interest of the individual, ensuring their resources are safeguarded with integrity and care.
Rep Payee Services
Our Representative Payee services help individuals manage their Social Security or disability benefits. We ensure that funds are used responsibly for essential needs such as housing, medical care, and daily living expenses, providing financial oversight with integrity and ensuring the client's well-being.

Guardianship Services of Wisconsin Inc. is proudly approved by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) to serve individuals across a wide range of counties and tribal nations. Our services are available to residents in Calumet, Clark, Dane, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Menominee, Milwaukee, Oneida, Outagamie, Portage, Price, Shawano, Taylor, Vilas, Waupaca, and Wood counties. Additionally, we extend our care to the Forest County Potawatomi and Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa tribal nations. This broad geographic reach allows us to provide compassionate, tailored support to individuals in both urban and rural areas, ensuring that those in need of guardianship services receive the respect, protection, and advocacy they deserve, no matter where they live.
